The System
We-Care uses a six-step deck coating solution designed to protect your property against water damage for years.
Repair
1) Remove existing waterproofing material where damaged
2) Reinforce joists and replace plywood as needed
3) Steps 1-6 of our New Construction flow
New Construction
1) 2.5 Galvanized Metal Lath
2) Solid concrete base to prevent sagging
3) Elasticrete compound mixed with latex glue
4) Fiberglass mat and a base coat of resin
5) Install texture for a non-slippery surface
6) Two coats of water-based color coats
